I authorize Frank System INC to initiate an electronic payment for the amount specified above from my bank account listed above. I understand and agree that if this authorization is for a one-time payment, once payment is authorized there cannot be any changes, corrections, or cancellations.

I understand and agree that if this authorization is for recurring payments, the authorization may be revoked only by contacting Frank System INC during normal business hours at 844-954-5718 in such time and manner as to allow Frank System INC a reasonable opportunity to act.

By paying your bill using the Frank System INC payment service, you are authorizing Frank System INC to charge your checking account the total amount indicated above. You agree that the bank account specified by you for this bill payment is an account that you own, and that you have sufficient funds in that account to make this payment.

Your ACH / eCheck / Demand Draft / RCC transaction will be processed in real time and you will receive an email notification confirming your payment. In the event your payment is not processed or authorized by your bank, your payment liability shall remain outstanding and unpaid, and you will be subject to all applicable penalties, late fees, and interest charges assessed by the relevant entity — all of which remain your sole responsibility.

Your use of this site and the service it provides shall constitute and indicate:

• Your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
• Your authorization to charge and agreement to pay the total amount confirmed during checkout, subject to and in accordance with the agreement governing the use of the account you selected for payment.
